  • functions (recognizing a relationship between two sets of objects)
  • geometry (size, shape, position, direction, and movement)
  • spatial vocabulary (to describe one shapes relation to another shape)
  • measurement (directly compare objects and identify specific measurement attributes such as length or weight)
  • data analysis (informal experiences  with data collection, organization, and display)
