This is just a quick post to share an article I found that nicely explains some of the reasons we at WT work so hard on establishing the children’s hopes, dreams, classroom rules, and routines at the beginning of the year. As an institution, we spend many hours on this at the beginning of the year so that the rest of the year will run more smoothly.
